Readytex prides itself in giving you the most value for your money.  We will take very good care that your order is processed efficiently and that you receive your purchases in good order and to your satisfaction.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Should there be a situation where you are not satisfied with our service or our product we would like to hear from you within three days of receipt of your purchases.  If a product is received damaged please indicate so on your receipt notice of the shipper.  We will always refund the amount of the product bought.  However, we will only refund shipping charges  if we’ve sent the wrong item or if the item was sent defective.  On returns we will credit the card you used to pay for the purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Should there be anything you wish to know or change after you have submitted an order please contact us by mail at info@readytexartgallery.com or by phone +597-421750 (ask for the gallery assistant) or by WhatsApp +597 8945911.  To help you track the status of your shipment we will include an order tracking number as soon as we have one.  If we have a question about your order we will contact you by e-mail.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

The chances are slim but it could possibly happen that while an item on the website has been purchased a customer in the real gallery has done so simultaneously. (please keep in mind that each item in the art gallery is unique) In that event we will refund your payment immediately and notify you as soon as possible as well.
